"Why is it that handicapped marked vehicles are not ticketed when they choose to park in choice spaces and leave the handicapped spaces open? "

How do you know the handicap spaces weren't full when the handicapped person's car was parked?

I “paid” for my handicap parking tag...I paid with my leg...I “paid” by losing the ability to run and play as much with my grandchildren...

Do you wish to “pay” for the “priviledge” of a handicap tag??? Hmmmm? Do you???

I thought not.........

Ok, it was 7am in the morning. There are sixteen handicapped spaces in front of the Kroger with two spaces for non-handicapped individuals. There was no expected rush of handicapped grocery shoppers expected and the person that owned the car was the handicapped individual. The handicapped person was discourteous IMO and I have found that many handicapped consider themselves also above common courtesy. Ever notice how the shoppers in the motorized carts push themselves over on folks and block aisles needlessly?
