Employment applications usually ask if you have been arrested, then specifics are asked about the circumstances and disposition.

I do understand that, just am trying to illustrate that an arrest is not the final say nor determination of guilt, it's the outcome after it wends it's way through the bowels of the system that you're stuck with, and to not offer up any more or less info than needed or required. Anyway, hope a lesson was learned - in this competitive job market the fewer the background issues, the better.
