I'm a culinary school graduate. I'm also a graduate of the combined USAF/USN food service school in San Antonio.

I KNOW what is in my food because I have relationships with people and companies and international standards organizations that have nothing to do with the federal government.

Don't put up a straw man. I want my food to be what I bought. That is my role as a consumer, the standards role of national and international standards organizations, and NOT the role of the US Federal Government.
