Why do the Sea Shepherd people not just sue, get an injunction, and settle it in court.

They wouldn't get to be on a neat TV show pretending to be doing something useful like the Alaskan crab fishermen.

Hey, Wonder why the Sea Shepherd guys aren’t up there harassing the crabbers.

Maybe crabs don’t sing as nice as whales.
