That sure as heck isn’t the intersection at Shallowford and Buford that I usually drive through (just NE of PDK airport).

It is Shallowford Terrace, not Road . . . but it doesn't look like that intersection (just off the end of Runway 9 at PDK).
The area in the pics is way too leafy and the Buford is a lot more commercial and built up there (and much wider).
This must be further north.
