Ok, that’ll make me keep reading. The bandages used to wrap Tut’s mummy were found in 1907, but his mummy wasn’t discovered until 1922. Gotta see them esplane that.

Different chamber, presumably. I read somewhere (don’t ask me to site source, just going on memory) that several chambers of pots and storage jars were uncovered before the great burial chamber was discovered. These storage jars contained everything about the burial process, whereas the burial chamber was related to Tut and his possessions.
