You aren’t racist, just hate-filled. You’ve spent a lot of time on this thread attacking me & calling me silly names and posting pictures to attack me - but you cannot advance your argument.

You cannot show 2 citizen parents are required by the Constitution, because common law said they were not.

You cannot win a case in court, because in common law vs Vattel, common law has already won. And besides, you cannot convince anyone with standing to even propose a case.

Even very conservative legislatures such as in Utah & Arizona won’t support your 2-citizen parents theory. So all you have left is frustration and personal attacks.

Meanwhile, Arizona is asking to make an 18% increase in the sales tax on Tuesday, and we don’t have enough conservatives in Congress to stop Kagan (probably), although she is both a leftist weirdo AND completely unqualified. We need to change the government’s direction, and you just want to play with kids in the mud...

Doubt that will pass considering the Conservative activism in that state. According to a recent survey of small business owners, 70.6% percent stated that they oppose the temporary sales tax hike.

However, if YOU live in Arizona, I suggest you stop answering these Eligibility postings, get on the phones to your network, and walk & knock on the doors of “Mr Rogers neighborhood” (yeah, pun intended).

The Constitution is paramount — ALL of it, Mr Rogers ... including Art II, § 1, Clause 5.

Once again ... If you have some sort of screwed-up moral objection to those Conservatives who DO question Obama's Constitutional Eligibility, then I politely suggest that you just shut up and get the hell out of our way. You have not changed ONE MIND on this issue here and you are WASTING your time.

There you are wrong. There has been no case were the definition of Natural Born Citizen was or could be a deciding factor. Such a case would by necessity have to be a Presidential eligibility case. And there has not yet been one heard in a federal appeals court or the Supreme Court that addressed the issue. Until there is, we are all in effect just speculating on how they will or should rule.
