The lighting all looks consistent. I don't think it's Photoshopped. Intentionally set up for the purpose of taking the photo, yes, but not Photoshopped.

But it’s obvious. All you have to do is stand where the statue and the backboard are properly placed during the pickup basketball game and just keep shooting. Eventually one picture has the ball in the right place.
