"Well, I mean...what is this Castle for, if not the occasional “bad idea?” I mean, progress is made from bad ideas that turned out to be good."

"What’s the difference between the food simulator on Star Trek and Darks’ Magick FAX?"

"The Castle", so to speak, supports investigative developments. Dark's Magick FAX being one of them, (not to mention the ill-fated Fax Maxhine).

The Star Trek device is a replicator, not a simulator. Our Castle researchers have been developing a food synthesizer of limited menu. It functions by using dry ingredients, along with heat and water, to micro-mix and micro cook certain food items.

Check your cookbooks for items that can be made from scratch, with dry ingredients stored in your pantry. It's definitely a limited menu, but it includes a large number of simple cakes, cookies, and breads.

It's the special ingredients and flavorings that are most difficult and tricky to deal with. As new developments become available, we will let you know.

Sugar cookie, anyone?
