For now I’ll keep the dill and cilantro out of the raised beds, but will plant them in different parts of the natural garden.
I have the mint in pots near both doors to deter the ants, but don’t dare plant them in the ground.

I had a batch of cilantro, but now it has flowered. I don’t know if that means I can expect it to come back up next year, or not. I planted more seeds about a week ago, but there’s nothing yet. It’s in the bed where my Japanese eggplants have died. Some of the Mystery Melons look hopeful.
