It reminds me of 2003, the first year we lived here. Rained all summer. 1993 here. We had two weeks of summer -- last week of July, first week of August.

Your climate lends itself to uncontrolled medieval type growth, so I can completely understand. Being away hasn't helped, either. But I am told we've been having a quite wet late spring -- I can believe it looking at how lush everything is.

You Are a Giraffe Print
You are a graceful and classy person. You are flexible enough to fit in with any crowd.
You are very down to earth and responsible. You always see what's coming, and you are prepared for it.
You may not look like the strongest creature in the world, but you are secretly incredibly tough.
You have an amazing survival instinct, and your endurance is unmatched. People should never test you!
What are we? Triplets?

But now that I think about it, maybe a colonoscopy would be more fun..."
Nope. I'm not getting it apparently. Am I missing out? Depends on the kids?
But they do give you very good drugs. That apparently make me babble like a brook. I apparently offered my candid opinion on everything under the sun before they got the gag/breathing tube in me.
Hubby thought it was funny. The parts I remember still make me blush.

I don’t know.
Would we rather he screws up the weather on Earth, or in the Solar System?

Like an old jungle I imagine. More like jungle-in-the-making. Still within the capacity of the lawnmower -- though I have to tell you, lawnmowers are not very good in moss. It clogs them unbelievably.

"Would we rather he screws up the weather on Earth, or in the Solar System?" If Algore intrudes in my bailiwick, he's going to effectively end our inconvenient truce.
I will magnanimously grant him autonomy to act as he wishes on Pluto and Charon.
Even he could not mess them up. Ahoy, Al! Let loose your dogs of warming on this territory: Pluto and Charon

We were living in an apartment with a pond behind the building, and I would sit in the living watching the water creep up toward the door ...
Didn’t make it, but it did slow down the construction of our house until I was just about ready to kill myself.
