If:

1) she is really 15 years old [chronologically, proved by a legitimate birth certificate, not an Hawaiian COLB], and
 
2) his semen is anywhere on her body,
 
3) the prosecution can avoid an "OJ" jury,

then he is staring at a good five years of hard time for "statutory" rape before he would have any chance at parole.
 
And if there is any bruising on her body, then, at age 51, and being African-American [much higher risk of hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, etc etc etc] he will likely die in prison.

Sorry but if he was in a hotel room alone with a 15 year old girl he should have known better than to put himself in that situation. So any denials now are hard to believe if it is proven she was in that room.
