BS, former WRKO talk show host Reese Hopkins is a friend of mine. All it took was an accusation to get an indictment. All the evidence proves he did not even live in NY where she said it happened.
Well, since I have no earthly idea who "Reese Hopkins" is, I can't comment on his/her specific situation. But, most prosecutors will not prosecute, nor will most law enforcement agencies even effect arrest on the complaint of a witness alone. Most need some other supporting evidence to not just prosecute, but to even make an arrest - ie, physical evidence to include blood, or bruising on the alleged victim or other eye witness testimony.
