Anybody know the names of the legal scholars mentioned by ST who say the BC is a non issue?

I have only heard them say things like, “he’s president now, it would be tough to get him out of office.” Or, people would revolt so nothing will be done. One I love is his mother was a citizen so Obama is a citizen. Really, where are her papers? None of these make the BC a non issue. It makes it fraud because they are saying he may have usurped the Consitution but we will let is stand. In other words if Hamas could worm his way into office just like Obama, we could be stuck with a muslim terrorist too. No one is willing to uphold the law. At the very least check his papers. *wink*

You were saying ...

Anybody know the names of the legal scholars mentioned by ST who say the BC is a non issue?

It's what has been brought up many times in the past by several other posters, when disagreeing as to whether the citizenship of the father of Obama has any effect on the designation of being "natural born" with Obama being born in Hawaii.

And that has been discussed many times before. What has become clear to me is that there isn't just "one side" to this issue as to whether Obama's father's citizen bears on Obama's natural born status. It's actually disputed.

And I know when you've got a legal issue that is disputed that it is something that ends up with a court deciding the status of it one way or another. And with both sides arguing very strongly for their viewpoint, I'm pretty certain that whichever side lost in court would appeal it all the way up to the Supreme Court.

Thus it seems to me that the only way this is going to be settled in the end -- is simply with a Supreme Court decision on the matter.
