The two best steaks I ever had were at Gibson’s in Chicago and at Wolf’s Lodge in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
Hard for me to admit that, being a native of Omaha, which is rightfully renowned for its steaks. :-)

Le Bernadin and Daniel definitely deserve inclusion. Momofuku, on the other hand, has to be the most overrated restaurant in North America, as I’ve had better meals at casino sushi bars.

The original Doe’s Eat Place in Greenville, MS, should be in the top 10. Their steaks are the best.
