That’s not the reports I’ve seen from actual Mac users who peg the CPU out at 100% for hours on end...
In addition to that, I would still not recommend that any Mac user run their computer at 100% of the CPU with Windows, because it does not have the kind of management that Mac OS X has of its own designed hardware. I would only run the Mac at 100% of CPU with the Mac OS X because I wouldn’t trust Windows to do it good enough ... :-)
