Chicken contains very little taurine or l-carnitine which are amino acids that support cardio/vascular health.
Hardened arteries can contribute to...um...not having other things getting hardened.
Most “heart healthy” diets exclude beef which in reality, the lack thereof can damage your heart tissue.
Lean red beef....it’s what’s for supper...and bed time.
