Goodness. This is some heavy stuff. What cause would I be helping by affirming my belief that my son in a NBC becuase he was born in the US to an American mother amd doesn’t hold dual citizenship in another country, nor is he eligible to do so? Does that really help Obama? Is helping Obama really the only reason a mother might be concerned for her child’s status as a citizen?

I really don’t think belief in birtherism equals a good conservative, but I guess you disagree.

Sorry I don’t fit the mold of what a conservative is supposed to be like. Should I begin voting against my intrests becuase I might fit in with a lefty clique more than a right one?

Socially, I am not particularly conservative, and I am okay with that. To many on FR, anything left of a completely Christian and conservative worldview looks to be socialistic. That is too simplistic to me. I try not to argue with people, however, and figure most of us have our views for different reasons.

However, faith and belief in our military is considered a right belief, more than a left one, so that goes in my conservative column. Also, I spent a lot of time in ex-Bloc countries when I lived in Sweden (my ex was a Pole by birth, but moved to Sweden with his mom in the late seventies, but we would go and visit the rest of his family in Poland for extended visits) and I see what hell communism does to a country. I also got to experience sh**ful health care in Sweden. It was a nightmare.

So, I guess not wanting young women to be raped by their family members is a lefty thing (re: FLDS stuff that I posted about quite a bit)? And wanting my son to be considered as American as his classmates is because I am a lefty? I have participated on a few Harry Potter boards. I can see how that might be a little leftist. lol ;)

Thanks for the concern for my safety. I am a highly paranoid person when I go out in the evenings, and rarely do so. I am good at looking around at everyone around me, and had a great art history professor (of all things) who was an ex-marine who gave a bunch of his students lessons on how to defend yourselves with a key ring, and how to puncture an assailants neck. Haven’t had to use it yet, thank goodness.

After my vetting, do I get disqualified and lose my freeper account if you decide I am a troll, or does it go before a board of troll-outers? Do I get held under the water to see if I can breath, or will it be a trial by fire?

Goodness. This is some heavy stuff.
Shouldn't all important matters that are discussed be of weight?

What cause would I be helping by affirming my belief that my son in a NBC becuase he was born in the US to an American mother amd doesn’t hold dual citizenship in another country, nor is he eligible to do so?
You don't have to be furthering any particular cause. Your sole intent could be simply to cast doubt on the whole NBC issue. You deny the preponderance of evidence given you that shows your son is not a NBC and cast aspersions on those who don't agree with you in an attempt to nullify what they say.

Does that really help Obama?
If doubt is cast on the issue then I would say, yes, with every reply you make.

Is helping Obama really the only reason a mother might be concerned for her child’s status as a citizen?
Of course not. Being obtuse doesn't become you.

I really don’t think belief in birtherism equals a good conservative, but I guess you disagree.
You don't have to guess, I'll tell you. Questioning the qualifications of any person running or sitting as POTUS equals good constitutionalists, not good conservatives. There are plenty of good conservatives who have waved goodbye to the whole issue before it's even been determined.
(note the wording you use. you continue to use a pejorative which dictates your mind set. you came into the issue with a predisposition and predetermination)

Should I begin voting against my intrests becuase I might fit in with a lefty clique more than a right one?
I would never deign to tell someone how to vote. That choice is yours and yours alone. Do as you, but I suggest you keep in mind that your vote might weigh against your children's future interests.

So, I guess not wanting young women to be raped by their family members is a lefty thing (re: FLDS stuff that I posted about quite a bit)?
No, it's a human being thing.

And wanting my son to be considered as American as his classmates is because I am a lefty?
As I said, what you want isn't always what you get. Take responsibility for your own actions and accept the consequences of those actions! I'll not coddle you so don't expect it.

After my vetting, do I get disqualified and lose my freeper account if you decide I am a troll, or does it go before a board of troll-outers?
I'm not vetting you, you're vetting yourself with each and every reply you make. I make no decisions whatsoever concerning FR's posters. I'm simply a member here. Your own actions and answers will indict you if there is any indictment to be made.

Do I get held under the water to see if I can breath, or will it be a trial by fire?
You have the right to remain silent...>shrugs
