Thanks for the ping, Quix! Interesting! I am grateful that I’m NOT lactose intolerant — I drink a lot of milk and eat a lot of cheese (and ICE CREAM!!!!!) to make sure I get a lot of calcium.

Cheese and Hagen Daz are my

medications of choice. LOL.

Have been training myself to one or two spoons of Hagen Daz at a time/day, however. . . . mostly . . . most of the time . . . except occasionally . . . like maybe when the soc sec check lands in the bank.
