Not really true. Socialism is so well understood experimentally there was no excuse for trying it here in any state. Therefore, only two causations remain possible. Either the architects of Romneycare didn’t know that what they were doing had already been proven a failure, or they didn’t care. Ignorance or malice. Tough choice.
The simple fact remins that Masscare serves as the real world failed prototype of Obamacare, and its usefulness in that regard should be looked at as a blessing.
