Sorry, I'm just not buying it. There is absolutely no excuse for not providing for children you brought into this world. As a father your responsibility is to feed, shelter, clothe, care for and educate your children before yourself and before your next love interest. If that means you skip meals and sleep in doorways to make sure your kids don't then so be it. It also means you have to be selective about who you choose to have children with. Failing to do so makes me and the other tax payers have to pick up the slack.
