Oh oh! I should have said, “Wet finger and put it in the air.” What I wrote could have been misinterpreted as giving you the bird. Not my intentions — sorry!

"The heat will come back to haunt us sooner or later," says NCAR scientist Kevin Trenberth, the article's lead author.

More of the "global warming will be back with a vengeance" nonsense. At this point there is not even a pretense of science, only faith. They're all waiting for the comet to pass by and take their souls.

How can people read and really believe this stuff?

One wonders when this guy's delusional state will require some intervention...counciling, medication, maybe a trip to the farm for some relaxation?

This thing is written more like a grant application for more funding for someone’s hobby then a scientific paper...

Its not a complicated paper.

But it has this graphic chart in it - "graphic" as in there needs to be a "disturbing content" warning for all those that have drunk the kool-aid.

This is the missing energy that should be there according to the theory but is not accounted for in the atmosphere or the oceans - ie. it is missing or it unexpectedly was released from the Earth or the theory was never right in the first place.

Well, I just hope they find that missing heat and that I can apply for some to keep down my heating bill.
