I like to keep the thread on topic but if we want to condemn everyone that has a low opinion of ‘Negroes’ then we might as well condemn all of the dimocrat party and the race baiters like Sharpton, Jackson, Rangel etc. They think the Negro race is incapable of anything but living on entitlements.

If you want to keep it on topic then keep it to the mid-19th century. If all you want to do is bash Lincoln and exaggerate his views on blacks then be honest enough to admit it.

Your jumping back to Jefferson is no different than jumping to today. I’m not bashing Lincoln. I’m stating facts. Why don’t you do a little research for yourself? I am just amazed at how our little POTUS likes to hold himself up like he’s Lincoln resurrected knowing full well that his followers don’t know any better. But perhaps POTUS doesn’t know any better-he did think the US has 57 states.
