What the hell just happened?
What started off as a mildly amusing segment directed at Simon ends abruptly as Idol cuts to commercial.
Comedian Dane Cook was singing a medley of Simon's insults at Idol rejects. This was the mildly amusing part.
Then it got weird fast when a gang of rejects danced out on stage. A few I recognized: Norman Gentle, Tatianna and the flaming homo with a boa.
The boa guy grabbed a mic and started saying "I'm taking your job, Simon Cowell and no one can do anyting about it!!!" He screams this several times. Tatianna tries to wrestle the mic away from him and the homo almost throws her to the ground.
The camera zooms waaaay out, spins around and we're in commercial.
When we come back, Dide Benami and Paige are singing without any introduction. The rest of the Top 6 girls join them.
