The first homecoming parade we see is for Casey James. Huge crowd wherever he goes. "They're stopping traffic for me!?" Lots of Ferlies chasing his SUV limo. Casey looks at the camera. "Holy (bleep)!"

He then stops by the hospital where he was treated after a car accident a few years ago. "I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you guys."

He signs a guitar. "To the good people that saved my life, I love you. Casey James."

Finishes the day with a huge concert. "I love you, Texas!"

Back to the show, Seacrest tries to milk any tears out of Casey. "How does that make you feel?" "What about the emotion." To Casey's credit, he keeps it together.
