No. Just curious.
If anywhere, I'd guess Japan. Anyone who thinks uni* is a delicacy is capable of any gastronomic atrocity.
*Sea urchin roe, looks like something you'd expect to find in a diaper, doesn't taste that good. Great delicacy.
