How do you do a cola baked ham? Sounds good.
It's the easiest recipe, the ham is sweet - but not TOO sweet & the cola seems to tenderize it too.
I just bake a ham as you normally would, but I put it in a lidded roasting pan (trim any excess fat & score the outside of the ham) & pour in up to a can of cola (depending on the size of the ham and the pan).
It's really good! Some people put pineapple, brown sugar and the usual ingredients in with it too - but I like the simplicity of just the cola (I use Coca-cola) & I can't eat all of that sugar anyway (have to save that for dessert!).
