Cheese and Sausage Breakfast Casserole
That is one of my favorites! Never done it for Easter though. We will have ham, deviled eggs, slaw, rolls, cheesey potatoes and the best carrot cake in the world.

Do you have a recipe you would care to share? Or do we have to know the right baker?

Our family will have a Costco ham, with the glaze packet, except I use whiskey where the recipe calls for water. We will also probably have artichokes, fresh fruit of some sort, potatoes or bread, and a carrot cake that is reasonably good, but not world-class.

I used to make leg of lamb, with basil and garlic stuffed into little cuts all over the meat. It was phenomenal to me, but my family liked ham better, so ham it is.

No Peeps in the basket. But Starburst jelly beans and some malted milk balls are required.
