Okay, maybe it’s just my eyes or my glasses or SOMETHING but in your second picture, does it look like she has 2 sets of lips on the top and 2 on the bottom?

I suspect she has lipliner ...a product to outline & define your lips. Mostly older women wear it.... lips, as they age, lose definition.
Of course, for her it could be a way other thing :^)

I think that’s lipliner. The lipstick has worn off, and just the lipliner remains. It’s quite unappealing.
