Stimulus.
Democrats are for more government. More government means more bureaucratic inefficiency. Democratic code words for “bureaucratic inefficiency” are stimulus, universal health care (government option), job creation, etc. The Census is required to have the data we need to manage that “bureaucratic inefficency”. “Manage” is the Democratic code word for control, enslave, etc.
