Dang noobies - making my monitor all blurry.
Another poster thought that the veterans on FR were taking this harder than most. Thinking that what they had shed their blood and tears for was lost. I can share in their grief. But only for a little while until someone like sss (southern sun shine) makes such a worthy and hope-filled post.

Thanks so much for the welcome:) I can soooo sympathize with the vets. Lost my dad last summer who proudly served with the USAF for 25 years. He joined on 12/26/1944 at the age of 17. His and all his brothers legacy will not end this way!!!!!

I think that you may be right about us vets taking it hard.
I was going to try and get some zzz's and forget all of this until tomorrow but .. nooo-oo .. I had to check my email!
I have received over eighty emails from former army buddies and friends of a certain club that I belong to .. (OathKeepers) and many of them feel as bad as I do!
Hell, I wasn't going to sleep tonight anyway!
