LOL, I flew out of NYC two months after September 11th with a couple of buddies to hunt mulies in Wyoming. We had more gun stickers on our gun cases it was kind of funny. Everyone looked/pointed at us but it was not even an issue. When checking in had to state that they were unloaded, sign some paper, put in case - not a problem. I always take the bolt out of the gun and put with the luggage I check just in case someone wonders off with it, they will have a nice club :)
