To: Redleg Duke

I don’t think Americans will go that far. If we’re attacked again, he might try declaring martial law, but I don’t think the General Public will put up with it. Now, on the other hand, those who still worship at his feet, will, but they, I think, will be a very small minority.

Help me, someone, I’ve re-read the constitution..According to Article II, Section 4: The President, Vice President and ALL civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of Treason, BRIBERY, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. It seems to me that an awful lot of BRIBERY has been going on, like the LA Purchase, offering a candidate a cushie government job if the candidate will step aside so another candidate of the same party will have a clear run for an office. Am I reading this Article and Section correctly. Will anyone in our judicial branch of government have a pair of brass to check this out? Will a lawyer in the Republican Party have a pair of brass to look into this?
