Yes, Eugene, it's safe to say that a pulsating light zipping around over Lake Erie is not human. Humans don't emit a pulsating light. Heck, they can't even fly, let alone zip around.

Duh.

Good thing rocket scientist Eugene's college was not named. It saved them some embarassment.
