Jeopardy doesn't provide questions, it provides answers, the contestants respond by providing a question which fits the answer, including contraints imposed by the category. For instance, "Words with two double letters".
I recall the category was "1961" and the Jeopardy answer was "This President was born in Hawaii on August 4 and has the papers to prove it." The successful contestant responded, "Who is President Obama?"
It is a gratuitious provocation, I agree, since if he as the papers to prove it, he's never shown them. I, for one, believe he was born in Hawaii, but his birth certificate contains other embarassing information, like his father declaring his race as Arab, rather than Negro. Who knows?
1961 ws interesting because it is the last year that reads the same upside down until 6119. They never pointed that out.
there is no race “Arab”. THe Arabs are an ethnic group. The COLB that Obama’s people posted on the internet doesn’t claim that his father was NEgro. It says “African’ which is also not a race. THere are generations of white people born in Africa who could also be called AFrican.
