Until governments like the USA tell the UN and their underlings IPCC, no further funding will be legislated until full investigations and disclosures are issued to rid the whole rat nest of the offenders, they will figure out how to whitewash the deal, figure out how to proceed, keep carbon trading schemes going through world banks, and probably promise BBC and others, their pension plans will be secured.
Surely the whitewash of the century is upon us. To many jobs at stake and to much money for a few to lose.
