This picture is funny. Looks like an intentional spoof.
Lighting appears a few degrees to the right on Obama, while many degrees to the left on those not shaded.

"M" may well be a complete fabrication as well. He may be that guy who's somebody's cousin's friend's brother's nephew who actually knows first hand about Richard Gere and the gerbil.
Just because someone went to Harvard or done work for them doesn't mean they'd have access to all the old university files. In fact, Harvard would have to be a pretty shoddy place if people who didn't need to know could get their hands on student records.
It's like that with the hospitals. It's not clear whether Obama was born in Queens or Kapiolani or some other Hawaiian hospital or not. But if some busybody can't get their hands on hospital records it isn't proof that he wasn't.
Just because somebody unauthorized can't access Obama's Harvard file doesn't mean he didn't go to school there. If he didn't, don't you think people in Cambridge would have started talking about it when the NY Times published an article saying he was Law Review editor?

from Lame Cherry site link at post #197--
===Obama is a fabrication and a creation at the same time. Where doors are slammed in the face of normal straight A students, a dope headed, rather gay, malcontent Barry Soetoro, has people writing letters for him without being asked, leaders like Brzezinski at Columbia and Malcolm X from the grave associating with this kid, and nice fat book deals which no one gets unless you are Valerie Plame being paid off for a coup against Bush 43 or you are Hillary Clinton adding to your hundred million dollar Marxist nest egg. Yet Obama gets advances larger than most authors get in royalties without ever having written a book.====

In that Harvard Law Review photo, second from the left in the second from the last row is "A. Schlafly" -- Phyllis Schlafly's son Andrew, the editor of Conservapedia.
You could write Andrew Schlafly and ask if Obama really went to Harvard Law, and then redirect your energy to something else.
Unless he's in on the conspiracy, too ...

Again, they must look under “A.C. Obama” or “A.C. Sotero”.

Not to mention once again the camera recognizes the messiah in him and makes him crisper than anyone else in the photo.
This is delusional.

"One of my nephews is a Harvard graduate and a former Rhodes Scholar. As a tenured professor at Saint Hughs College and a member of the universitys admissions committee, plus a very highly regarded Harvard alumni, M has full access to Harvards complete physical and electronic student records..."
1) Oxford and other UK universities did away with the tenure system during the Thatcher years.
2) In the UK, they are not "professors." They are either "fellows" or "lecturers."
3) Anybody claiming "tenure" would have had to secure it prior to 1985, meaning they are 45 years or older today.
4)Searching the St. Hughs website, the only faculty member who has any ties to Harvard is M. Grasso.
5) M. Grasso does not have tenure.
6)M. Grasso only has research ties, not a degree from Harvard.
7) Oh, and this is what M. Grasso (apparently not this person's
nephew) looks like:
