To me they looked like his ‘props” the same thing he claimed the Congressman brought to his Summit!!!
You don’t actually know sometimes. Organizations are frequently headed by professional managers instead of whatever gorup the organization organizes. They could be former healthcare workers, or never worked in healthcare directly. And I’m too lazy to do independent research on their background. All I know is right now it appears they are professional administrators, not healthcare workers.
