I've been poisoned by a restaurant three times. Not a scientific sample, but it was always a Bennigan's*/TGIF Friday's/Max & Erma's sort of place.

For me there was a hamburger joint off of Wall Street in Manhattan. That was lunch and I was sick that evening. That place was closed down a few days later so I must not have been the only...victim.

And then a place in Rochester, New York. That had me comprehensively spewing for a couple of days.
