Aw, thank you, Meg. Yes it is hard - but it is part of life. I always said I would never get another dog - because *that* day will come, and I don’t know how I will get through it again. I lost four so far. I am glad to have a ‘room’ to come to with such caring people!
I always think never again..and waited much too long once..but here I am with 3 of my daughter’s kitty rescues.
I believe I need a pet in my life...They do good things for me..and I do good things for them.
I came to the Finest originally because I saw a pet thread..I had lost my beloved Purty to cancer and I saw I was with fellow pet lovers.
I was too shy to share but they were a great comfort nevertheless.
