I very sorry about your back pain. Have you ever gone to see a chiropractor? They have always helped me, till I really screwed up my back really bad and had to have surgery almost two years ago now and I still am not totally better and probably never will( according to my surgeon), but I have found some relief going back to my chiropractor( on pills he recommends for bones ) and MSM from the health food store. I don’t like Dr.’s either!!!! Sometimes we have no choice. When I was a secretary at a hospital in Cleveland, I would say I don’t mind working here, but I NEVER want to be a patient. Well, no such luck!!! Hope you feel better soon(and out of pain)
No..but will seriously consider unless I get relief soon..
I am open and yearning for relief and I don’t even have herniated discs or bad back surgery..just pain.
I must close down the computer and rest my back.
