After 4 months of severe back pain from muscle spasms..I finally went to the doctor yesterday and had a check up..Living in bed wasn't working out for me...and just made me more susceptible I think.
The Percocet and Soma had me sleep through Canteen good mornings.
I am loathe to go to the doctor..one of my many faults!
The good news is there seem to be no disc problems.
I will be thrilled if I can go 30 minutes up without pain.
