here’s another one but in English:

Olympic Broadcasting..
I’m watching it on MSNBC. The HD is just worth listening to Olczyk’s inanity.
Very good game so far I am super impressed by USA’s energy.
Today on NBC after the 3PM hockey game they showed a 30 minute segment on the Miracle On Ice game.
Thank God the internet wasn’t around back then, because the game against the Soviets was on tape delay. It wouldn’t have seemed the same knowing the outcome as you watched. If I recall correctly only the gold medal game was shown live, and I think the only reason I know that is because I was at a Christening that day, and all the men were watching it. That’s another thing most people forget - the game against the Soviets was not for the gold - but the game to get into the final where they beat Finland.
While you were wallowing in your pettiness, I saw a great game.
While you were supporting the democrat General Electric machine, I was wishing I had cable. NBC could have broadcast the game to the world but chose to try and build the audience for the pathetic MSNBC.
Snicker...
Better luck at being a sore winner next time...
:-)
Ah, a little salt in the wounds. I guess I had that coming. Congratulations USA. (Miller is some goalie!)
BTW...was on the Fed Task force for 2002 Olympics and got tickets to watch the Canadian women vs the Russians the day after the skating controversy. Now THAT was a spanking...something like 60 shots on gaol to 7...or some insane number like that.
The figure-skating judging seems O.K. this year; although I have to agree with Plushenko — men should have to do a quad to win gold (or, at least, athleticism should count for more than artistry in the Olympics).

I suppose it’s a matter of taste, but I prefer ice dancing.
The figure skaters are like gorillas. Most of their time in the program is spent vigorously pumping up the speed they need to make the jumps.
I’ll be cheering for the USA later today (Friday).
