“Unless, of course, they really are on the margins.”

I bet you believed in global warming. How many ls are there in gullible.

When are you going to become a real conservative and not a conformist wannabe like O’Reilly.

The Kenyan is an Impostor.

"The Kenyan is an Impostor."

Or not.

For every nutjob that was eventually rehabilitated by history, 10,000 nutjobs resolutely remained nutjobs.

And not a one of them ever ended making a positive contribution to anything.

I didn't make the original statement. I was just responding to it. However, it could be that Plugs appoints her VP except he probably would want to run at the next election and she would be a threat, on the other hand keep your enemies close.

The ‘Law of Nations’ is a writing STYLE??? The Founding Fathers would embed a writing Style into the Constitution???That Franklin was given a copy of Vattel’s treatise and others at the convention had and read copies of the treatise and all were only interested in embedding a writing STYLE??? Hard to take as an established act by the Founders. More reasonable to believe the Founders knew what they were referring to; and might well have taken Jay’s hint to Washington that only a ‘natural born citizen’ be allowed to be POTUSA which is how this was written into the Constitution with definition by the Law of Nations.

No, I'm stating that the "natural born citizen" reference in Section 1 Article 2 has never been defined.

Of course it, just not in the context of a Supreme Court decision concerning eligibility to the office of President. Not surprising since their has never been such a case

It's been defined in dicta several times, it's been defined on the floor of Congress, almost 150 years ago. It's just that some "modern" folks would like to redefine it to fit their needs, or their ideology, or both.

“Can we reload in a way that Coulter, Beck, et al can support?”

I hope so. But we can’t control cries of “Kenya.”

All through the Clinton administration, republicans threw the FR under the bus. So I don’t know for certain if that is possible. It put the “chill” in me a few times back then too. For example, I refused to say the truth about McCarthy until Coulter did. I followed her brave lead.

30 days for elective office is insufficient. Those documents should be produced at the time of initial filing with the states’ secretaries of state to run for federal office, an made available publicly.

Cabinet appointees could produce when they accept the appointment, well in advance of any congressional hearings.

Never been here before under any other name.

It's just that some "modern" folks would like to redefine it to fit their needs, or their ideology, or both.

And I think some non-modern folks want to party like it's 1788. We can't, there's too much water under the bridge. We live in 2010, and we have to accept the reality of modern times.

We don't, and shouldn't, accept the current idiocy and corruption of government, science and private profiteers of misery, though. That's real, in the here and now, and we have a chance to stem the tide. In comparison to that effort, these nuances of the NBC issue are a waste of time.

Uh, it’s been defined in an actual recent court decision quoting quite extensively from a Supreme Court case to mean exactly the opposite of what you’re pretending it means.

It is abundantly clear that legitimate questions from even before the election still exist today about BHO. Rightly, the interpretation regarding Article II, Section I of the Constitution, which seems to all lot of people that actually passed civics to be self evident. It’s those others that have problems comprehending.

Questions still remain of British and Kenyan jurisdiction and laws of acquisition of citizenship regarding BHO’s birthplace and his adoption due to his parent’s questionable foreign alliance and citizenships.
Sufficient basis is clear enough to warrant a full investigation and judicial review.

There is a reason BHO fight’s them all, and it isn’t to use it for political fodder.

But you go ahead and play the game of being concerned with wasting time with this issue as you yourself have spent the majority of your time (28 of your last 50) commenting about this issue demeaning others for the same. You’re in fine company with Beck and BOR not wasting their time either while they talk of it on their shows.

I get really tired of these concerned members of the party spending all their time bashing their own party for legitimate concern for truth and honesty in our constitutionally conservative opinions. Who is being played?

Rule of law is the constitution, what could it be that deserves more concern?
BHO and his fellow cohort’s in the democrat congress have proven time and again they have not the same reverence. I say to all those that say it is a waste of time, to stop wasting time and move on to those other issues. One thing you won’t read from those concerned about BHO’s eligibility is how others are wasting time in exposing the corruption and lies. There are so many to choose from.

They should all prove citizenship because you must be a citizen to serve in Congress (natural born is reserved to only the President, I think).

As far as the rest of the records (medical and education), they have traditionally only been required of the President for obviously reason. If the President kicks the bucket because he has a terminal disease or mental problems that will effect the country in a much more serious way and if a Congressman kicks the bucket or has a mental breakdown.

These days they should all have advertized FBI criminal background checks before they can run for office!

Thanks Glenn, but Mr. Beck, he won't be removed. However, promoting and pushing this issue shows dramatically how untrustworthy the Democrats are. It can also block him from being able to run in 2012, while incredibly damaging the Democratic party.

We have 3 years of this fraud left to tolerate. Let's make the best of it. Stop bashing "birthers" or fellow constitutionalists.

To NOT uphold the US Constitution for political expediency is not just a waste of time, but, is dangerous to our liberties, to our American way of life, and our safety.

" Putting aside your beliefs (which are not certainly not proven facts), what's the end goal here? "

How can it be " PROVEN " beyond a shadow of reasonable doubt if the evidence is not even allowed to be examined ?
