Prof Datuk Dr is his title - prof. and dr. is clear, and datuk is (according to msn) in Malaysia, the title of a man who is a member of a senior order of chivalry - prof datuk or prof dato is an academic honorific. That leaves Nik Hasan Shuhaimi Nik Abdul Rahman. In the article, he is referred to only as Nik Hasan Shuhaimi, in other texts, his name is given as Nik Hasan Shuhaimi bin Nik Abdul Rahman, so the second part of his name is his patronymic.

So, he is Nik Hasan Shuhaimi, son of a certain Nik Abdul Rahman, an excellent academic. Fits on a card as well as

John Smith III, Ph.D.
