The SCOTUS must have been amazed with the Solicitor-General on the censorship issue because they asked a lot of questions about it. Yes, even Kindle downloads would have been illegal if it advocated against a candidate, the S-G had argued, it was “broadcasting” since its a wireless download.

You can bet talk radio and message boards would have been targeted.

That really is scary. Thank goodness there are those on SCOTUS that could see were this was going.
