I’m all for cooperating on a mars mission with other nations but not a global mission. It needs to be undertaken by a few nations that can. Not funded by nations that can and undertaken by nations that can’t.
My ideal space alliance would comprise of free nations.. Which would be US, ESA, Japan, Canada, and India...
