Even mainstream medicine is now actively promoting Vit D for immune system benefits. Recommended dose for all adults is often 1,000 IU, instead of the old standard 400 IU.

Post “change” women are higher.

Seems to be some solid evidence out there now.

I have several relatives both near and distant on the family tree that have either ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease (mostly male). We’re all related through a common Oubre ancestor here in south Lousiana and we figure that’s where the gene comes.

Thanks decimon. I've been told to start taking 2000 IU a day plus 250 or 500 mg Niacin.
