At St. Mark's cathedral in Venice, there's a small room lined with relics in fancy reliquaries. The finger bone of St. Jerome, the kneecap of St. Bartholomew, and so on. It's actually pretty funny to see them all together in a display case.
Some relics are very tiny and difficult to see. At any rate, as far as I know, every Catholic church has relics in it somewhere.
