Some relics are very tiny and difficult to see. At any rate, as far as I know, every Catholic church has relics in it somewhere.

The most startling one I saw was the head of St. Catherine of Siena in the cathedral there. I leaned over to my wife and said, "I so hope that they have a postcard of this for sale in the gift shop." And indeed they did.
